Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    several Irish potatoes
    1/2 c. canned milk
    1/2 c. grated hoop cheese
    several extra strips cheese (not grated)
    1/2 can mushroom soup
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes.
    Boil until tender.
    Place about half the potatoes in the bottom of a casserole dish.
    Put about half the cheese, half the milk and half the soup on top.
    Then make second layer the same way.
    Place the strips of cheese on top of the layered ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
