Grits Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. grits
6 c. water
1 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 sticks butter
3 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
dash of Tabasco sauce
3 beaten eggs
Preparation

Combine grits and water and cook slow about 25 or 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
As soon as this begins to thicken, stir in the remaining ingredients.
Pour into casserole and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Makes large amount.
