Strawberries Brulee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 c. fresh strawberries
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
Preparation
    In a small mixer bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until fluffy.
    Add sour cream and 2 tablespoons brown sugar; beat until smooth.
    Reserve 1 strawberry for garnish.
    Halve remaining berries and arrange evenly in the bottom of a shallow 8-inch broiler-proof dish.
    Spoon the cream cheese mixture over berries.
    Sieve the 1/4 cup brown sugar evenly over cream cheese mixture.
    Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes, or until sugar turns golden brown.
    Slice reserved berry; arrange atop dessert.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 8.
