Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. diced apples
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Prepare crust for 1 pie.
    Mix together 2 tablespoons flour, 3/4 cup sugar and the salt.
    Add egg, vanilla, sour cream and nutmeg.
    Beat to a smooth batter.
    Stir in apples.
    Pour into crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes longer.
    Remove from oven.
