Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. water
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
    1 c. shortening plus 3 Tbsp.
Preparation
    Mix together water, egg and vinegar.
    Then, add salt, flour and shortening.
    Form into a dough ball.
    This recipe may be refrigerated for up to 5 days.
    It makes 5 pie crusts.
