Chocolate Scotcheroos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. light corn syrup
    1 c. peanut butter
    6 c. oven-toasted rice cereal
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Cook sugar and corn syrup in 3-quart saucepan over moderate heat until mixture begins to bubble.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in peanut butter.
    Mix in rice cereal.
    Press into buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Let harden.
    Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips.
    Spread over cereal mixture.
    Chill about 5 minutes.
