Tempting Topping(An Old Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar, sifted

Preparation

In a medium bowl, with an electric mixer, combine cream cheese, butter and vanilla, beating until fluffy.
Add powdered sugar gradually and continue beating until smooth and creamy.
Use to frost one 9-inch cake or the tops of two 9-inch layers.
