Swiss Cheese And Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 inch pie crust
    2 cups onions, sliced
    2 cups Swiss cheese, grated
    1 cup mushrooms, sliced
    1 cup broccoli, cut into small pieces
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 cup milk, scalded
    butter
Preparation
    Saute onions, mushrooms and broccoli in butter until onions are tender.
    Drain off excess liquid.
    Place vegetables in pie crust.
    Place grated cheese on top of vegetables.
    Combine eggs, flour, salt, and milk.
    Mix well.
    Pour egg mixture over cheese and vegetables.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Let cool 2 -3 minutes before serving.
    Also good cold.
