Pineapple Delight Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. cake flour
2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. sugar
2 c. crushed pineapple (with juice)
1 Tbsp. oil
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Mix the dry ingredients. Add beaten eggs, pineapple (with juice) and oil and blend well. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan that has been greased and floured. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
