Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lean center cut pork chops (1-inch thick)
    1 c. water
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    1 large green pepper, sliced
    1 large can whole tomatoes
    2 cloves finely chopped garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Lay the pork chops in a baking dish.
    In a bowl, hand crush the tomatoes, then add water, salt, pepper, garlic and sliced pepper.
    Mix and pour over the pork chops.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 2 hours.
