Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 strips lasagne noodles
    2 lb. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large jar Ragu garden style spaghetti sauce
    1 large ball Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin
Preparation
    Cook lasagne noodles and place in cool water to handle; drain. Brown ground beef and drain well.
    Add spaghetti sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan and begin layering as follows.
    Place 3 strips noodles on bottom of pan, 1/3 of the cottage cheese spooned evenly, 1/3 of the Mozzarella cheese and 1/3 of the beef and sauce mixture.
    Repeat for 2 more layers.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
