Haddock With Crumb Topping - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. haddock fillets
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. fresh breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Put fish in buttered flat casserole dish to just fit. Sprinkle with salt and lemon juice.
Let stand for 30 minutes. Mix onion with mayonnaise and spread over fish.
Mix crumbs, seasoning and cheese, sprinkle over top.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until well browned and fish is white and firm.
Garnish with lemon slices.
