Cinnamon Honey Scones - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
6 Tbsp. (3/4 stick) margarine (room temperature)
1 Tbsp. honey
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Mix flour, baking powder and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
Add margarine to flour mixture and work it in. Add honey, milk and egg.
Mix thoroughly.
Put spoonfuls of dough on greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
Makes 8 scones.
