Reese'S Cup Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    1/4 c. cocoa
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix margarine, cocoa, buttermilk, water and eggs in saucepan. Almost bring to a boil (do not boil).
    Take off stove and add sugar, flour and vanilla.
    Beat well.
