Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 green peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. rice, cooked
    garlic powder
    onion, diced
    6 c. water
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Wash peppers, cut in half and clean.
    Cook for about 10 minutes in boiling water.
    Brown hamburger; drain.
    Add 1/2 sauce, salt, pepper, garlic, onion and rice.
    Dip into peppers, pour rest over peppers.
    Sprinkle a little more garlic over top of peppers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 12.
