Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 c. zucchini
    28 oz. can tomatoes
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil
    salt and pepper
    dash of hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Saute onions, green peppers and garlic 2 minutes in olive oil. Stir in ground beef; cook until browned.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Turn into 1-quart casserole.
    Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
