Cheddar Cheese Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. butter (2 sticks)
    1 1/2 lb. confectioners sugar
    1 1/2 c. powdered milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Have all ingredients at room temperature.
    Combine all in a large bowl.
    Beat until creamy.
    May need 1/4 cup milk if too day. Put into buttered 9-inch square pan.
    When firm, cut into 64 pieces.
    Makes about 3 1/2 pounds.
