Mama'S Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. tomatoes
    1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables or butterbeans, okra and corn
    1 lb. ground beef or beef chunks, browned
    water to cover
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. peppercorns, ground
    1 tsp. diced parsley
    1 small bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. tarragon, optional
    1/2 tsp. basil and thyme or basil and rosemary
Preparation
    Mix above ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
