Louisiana Shrimp Mold Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) carton cream cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery hearts
    1 c. chopped cooked shrimp
    1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
    2 c. mayonnaise
    Tabasco to taste
    juice of 1 lemon
    dash of red pepper
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese and mushroom soup.
    Cook on low heat until smooth.
    Add green onions, celery, shrimp, mayonnaise, Tabasco and red pepper.
    Stir until mixed.
    Dissolve gelatine in lemon juice.
    Add to mixture and blend in well.
    Pour into mold. Refrigerate overnight.
    Can also be served with crackers as an appetizer.
