Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. round steak
    1 can mushrooms (8 oz.)
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Slice round steak thin and add all other ingredients except sour cream and bake for 4 hours at 300\u00b0.
    When cooked, add 1 cup sour cream and mix well.
    Serve on rice.
    Makes 6 servings.
