Bagels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    4 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. onion chips
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. sesame seed
    1/2 c. poppy seed
    1 egg
Preparation
    Blend water (warm), 1 1/2 cups flour, salt, sugar, yeast and onion chips for 3 minutes.
    Add the rest of the flour and knead for 20 minutes.
    Cover for 20 minutes.
    Make into 24 bagels and cover for 20 minutes.
    Boil each bagel for 3 minutes on each side. Spread egg white on top and sprinkle with poppy and sesame seed. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 24 bagels.
