Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1/4 tsp. shredded lemon peel
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 c. shredded unpeeled zucchini
    1 egg
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, baking powder and nutmeg.
    In another bowl, combine sugar, zucchini, oil, egg and lemon peel; mix well.
    Add flour mixture and stir just until combined.
    Pour batter into greased 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool 10 minutes.
