Cauliflower Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower, steamed
    1 clove garlic
    1 c Bisquick
    1/4 c romano cheese, grated
    1 egg
    3 tbsp milk
    salt and pepper
    parsley
Preparation
    Chop cauliflower into small pieces.
    Crush and chop the garlic.
    Mix remaining ingredients into a batter.
    If it is too thick add more milk.
    Add cauliflower and garlic.
    Drop by the spoonful into oil heated to 375\u00b0.
    Cook until golden brown.
