Oat Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Quaker Oat Bran cereal
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. skim milk
2 egg whites
1/4 c. honey or molasses
2 Tbsp. unsweetened applesauce
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Line 12 medium muffin cups with paper baking cups or spray bottoms only with vegetable oil cooking spray.
Combine dry ingredients.
Add combined milk, egg whites, applesauce and honey, mixing just until moistened.
Fill prepared muffin cups almost full; bake 15 to 17 minutes or until golden brown.
Store muffins in freezer.
To reheat, microwave at High about 30 seconds.
