Spicy Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. zucchini
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 to 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Slice zucchini into about 1-inch slices.
    Blend the tomato soup and 1/2 can water with the pepper and garlic.
    Place the zucchini in a coverable glass microwave dish.
    Add mixture and mix well.
    Cover and microwave on High for 8 minutes.
    Add 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese; mix well, cover and microwave on High for 8 minutes.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese on zucchini; cover and microwave on High for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Remove and let stand covered for 5 minutes.
    Serve with hot buttery garlic bread.
