Meat And Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. mushroom soup
1 lb. ground chuck
1/4 chopped onion
1 egg
2 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. mashed potatoes
1/4 c. shredded cheese
dash of pepper

Preparation

Mix thoroughly 1/2 cup soup, beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, parsley and seasoning.
Press firmly into a greased casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Frost with mashed potatoes.
Top with remaining soup and cheese.
Bake 10 minutes.
Serves 6.
