Friday Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter or margarine
1 small clove garlic, chopped
1 small can mushrooms, drained (reserve juice)
1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti or curly noodles
1 tsp. sugar or more
Parmesan cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. dry parsley
1/2 or 2/3 can tomato paste or 1 small can tomato sauce
1 mushroom can water
Preparation

Brown onion, parsley, garlic and mushrooms in margarine.
Add tomato sauce, water and juice from mushrooms.
Add the sugar. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
Drain the spaghetti noodles.
Mix together.
Serve with Parmesan cheese.
