Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. flour
1 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
dash of salt
1 tsp. lemon rind
Preparation

Mix together with a fork or pastry blender the butter, powdered sugar and flour.
Pat into an ungreased 9-inch square pan. Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Mix together the sugar, eggs, lemon juice, salt and lemon rind. Pour over crust.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
