Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium chicken, cooked and sliced
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/4 c. diced pimento
    4 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    3 c. chicken broth (add milk to make 3 c.)
    pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in order named.
    Pour into casserole or loaf pan sprayed with Pam.
    Bake in slow oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
