Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
2 eggs
2 c. flour (plain)
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. finely chopped apples
Preparation

Cream sugar and margarine.
Add eggs.
Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon and salt; add to creamed mixture.
Add apples and mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
