Ingredients

3/4 c. rum or brandy
1 lb. vanilla wafers, finely chopped
1 c. nuts, ground
2 Tbsp. corn syrup
2 Tbsp. cocoa
3/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and shape into balls.
Roll in granulated sugar to eliminate stickiness.
Put on wax-papered cookie sheet and leave at room temperature overnight; this dries them out a little, slightly crusting them.
