Ingredients

5 eggs, separated (beat whites, then add yolks)
3 c. sugar
1 large can Pet milk
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat all ingredients together until smooth.
Pour into ice cream freezer container and finish filling with milk.
Makes 1 1/2 gallons of ice cream.
Fruit may be added, if desired.
