Seventh Heaven - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. fat-free golden loaf cake cubes or angel food cake cubes
1 small banana, sliced
1 c. sliced strawberries
3/4 c. boiling water
1 (4 serving size) pkg. sugar-free gelatin (any red flavor)
1/2 c. cold water or cranberry cocktail
ice cubes
1 c. thawed lite whipped topping
Preparation

Divide cake cubes and fruit among 6 dessert glasses.
Stir boiling water into gelatin in a large bowl until completely dissolved.
Mix cold water or cranberry cocktail and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups.
Add to gelatin, stirring, until slightly thickened.
Remove any remaining ice.
