Bambini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Ricotta
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. flaky refrigerator biscuits
    40 very thin slices pepperoni
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine cheeses.
    Cut each biscuit in half, making 40 thin pieces.
    Gently shape each biscuit into a 2 1/2 x 4-inch oval.
    Place slice of pepperoni on dough.
    Top with scant tablespoon of cheese mixture.
    Moisten edge and fold over to enclose filling; pinch edges to seal.
    Place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Bake 20 minutes.
    Serve warm.
