Pineapple Casserole #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans crushed pineapple (20 oz. size)
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs, beaten
    4 slices bread, crusts removed, buttered and cubed
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving 1 cup juice.
    Combine pineapple and juice with sugar, flour and eggs.
    Place into a 2-quart baking dish. Top with bread cubes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 45 to 50 minutes or until set and light brown. Good as a side dish with ham or chicken.
