Scandinavian Vegetable And Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. safflower oil
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
    1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
    Oil and Vinegar Dressing (see following)
    1 head curly endive
    1 small head romaine lettuce
    1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
    2 medium tomatoes, cut in wedges or 1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
    1/2 c. whole black oil-cured olives or pitted black olives
    2 green onions, chopped or 1/4 c. chopped red onion
    1/4 lb. Feta cheese, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
Preparation
    The cheese salad, known as Salata Horiatiki, appears with wide variation throughout Greece.
