Lemon Curd - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sugar
    3 oz. butter
    2 lemons
    3 egg yolks
Preparation
    Cream sugar and
    butter.
    Squeeze
    the lemons and grate the rinds.
    Add this along
    with
    the
    beaten egg yolks to the creamed mixture.
    Heat in a double boiler.\tStir with a wooden spoon until it thickens.
