Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    21 Ritz crackers
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pkg. whipped topping
Preparation
    Crush crackers and chop pecans.
    Beat egg whites until very stiff and dry.
    Fold in sugar and baking powder, a small amount at a time.
    Fold in crackers, then pecans and vanilla.
    Pour into a well-greased pie pan and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool and top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
