Hot Dog Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion
1 large clove garlic
2 tsp. salt
5 Tbsp. chili pepper
2 Tbsp. Red Hot
2 Tbsp. red pepper
2 Tbsp. cornstarch

Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients and cook together.
Add next 3 ingredients.
Mix well and fill skillet with water; simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Thicken with 2 tablespoons cornstarch.
Simmer 5 to 6 minutes.
