Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onions, diced
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
    3/4 c. Velveeta cheese, diced
    1/2 c. milk
    2 oz. mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Saute onions in margarine until tender.
    In large bowl, combine thawed broccoli, rice, soup, water, cheese, milk and mushrooms.\tAdd onions.
    Mix and pour into a 1-quart casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or heated through.
    Serves 5 to 6.
