Apple Nut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    3 eggs
    3 c. self-rising flour
    3 c. tart apples, diced
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. rum flavoring
    1/2 c. black walnuts
    1/2 c. pecans
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Blend the sugar, Wesson oil and eggs.
    Knead with spoon.
    Add flour.
    (Mixture will be thick.)
    Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
    Pour ingredients in greased tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
