Beer Batter For Fish Or Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1 c. flour
5 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Beat well.
Let stand for 20 minutes, then add 3/4 bottle of stale beer (beer must be opened at least 6 hours or overnight). Dip fish or chicken in flour, then in batter, then fry in hot grease.
