Confetti Bean Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon, diced
1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. onion, chopped (or more if desired)
1 (1 lb.) can pork and beans
1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans, with juice
1 (1 lb.) can lima beans, with juice
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. dry mustard or 1 tsp. prepared
Preparation

Fry bacon, lift out bacon leaving grease in skillet.
Add onion to grease and saute until transparent.
Lift out and hold. Add ground beef and fry until all pink is gone.
Add all other ingredients to skillet mixture, plus bacon and onion, and heat. Place in casserole dish and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
