Beef Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1/2 c. raw rice
    1/4 c. finely chopped onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix beef, rice, onions and seasonings.
    Shape into small balls. Cook on low heat, turning frequently, until light brown but not crusty.
    Add sauce and water; mix well.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes until done.
    Stir frequently to prevent burning.
