No-Bake Almond Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 (6 oz.) (1 c.) butterscotch pieces
    3/4 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 3/4 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
    3/4 c. chopped almonds, toasted
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and butterscotch together over medium heat. Remove.
    Add sugar, sour cream, peel and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
    Mix. Blend in crumbs.
    Chill for 30 minutes; shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in chopped nuts.
    Store in a tightly sealed container. Yields approximately 42 balls.
