Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. thin spaghetti
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. cayenne or black pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 c. chicken broth
3/4 c. half and half
2 c. cooked chicken
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook pasta and drain.
Heat butter; add flour and pepper slowly.
Stir in broth and bring to a boil.
Simmer until thick. Stir in half and half, chicken and 3/4 cup cheese.
Saute mushrooms in butter and lemon juice until juice cooks off.
Add pasta to cream mixture.
