Cranberry Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole cranberry sauce, heated to dissolve
    2 pkg. gelatin
    1/2 c. sherry, cooking wine or orange juice
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    2 grated orange rinds
    1 apple, diced or crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.
    When firm, add to heated berries; add wine.
    When cool, add celery, nuts, orange rind and apple or pineapple.
    Pour into mold.
    Chill.
    Great with Thanksgiving turkey.
