Sweet And Sour Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into one inch cubes
1 C chopped carrot
1 C diced onion
1-8 oz can tomato sauce
1/4 C brown sugar, packed
1/4 C vinegar
1/2 C water
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Brown stew meat in 2 Tbsp vegetable oil.
Add rest of ingredients and cook over low heat until meat is tender, about 2 hours.
