Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sauerkraut
1 medium onion
1 1/2 c. celery
mangoes and pimentos
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
celery seed
Preparation

Rinse kraut well with cold water and drain well.
Mix in onion, celery, celery seed, mangoes and pimentos.
Make brine of remaining ingredients.
Cook until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over kraut mixture.
Chill.
Better if made a day ahead of serving.
