Easy Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    3/4 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 egg
    2 c. (or more) flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add sugar, oil, egg and 1 cup self-rising flour.
    Put over pan of hot water; cover and let rise 15 minutes.
    Add remaining flour.
    If sticky, add more flour to make soft dough and knead slightly.
    Shape into rolls; let rise 1/2 hour.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Makes 1 dozen.
